ADHD & Me Workshop:
About the Workshop
ADHD + Me is a small-group program created for adults who want to understand their ADHD in a deeper, more human way. It blends real-life ADHD experience with the psychological insights we use in therapy - helping you make sense of your brain and your identity. The workshop was created after Casey noticed the same patterns showing up again and again in her work with neurodivergent clients. When she later went through her own ADHD diagnosis journey, everything clicked. She realised there was no space that combined lived experience, trauma-informed care, and meaningful psychological support… so she built one.
This is a warm, real, safe space - not a lecture, not a clinical seminar.

ADHD & Me Workshop:
ADHD & Me
ADHD Support Workshop
What is ADHD & Me?
After more than a decade working with clients as a psychologist, Casey began to notice something repeating: many of her neurodivergent clients - particularly women - were bringing the same struggles into the therapy room. Despite their unique stories, the underlying patterns were familiar. Week after week, she found herself circling the same core themes: emotional regulation, overwhelm, executive dysfunction, self-criticism, and identity confusion.
She found herself thinking:
“There has to be a more efficient way to support these clients… something that cuts through the noise.”
Then came a plot twist she didn’t expect - her own ADHD diagnosis journey. As Casey began understanding her own brain, everything started to click. The very things that had helped her clients for years were now helping her too - but with a deeper layer of lived experience and empathy.
When she searched for ADHD support programs, what she found was a frustrating gap in the market:
• On one end, there were clinical seminars focused on mental health
• On the other, ADHD 101 info sessions or awareness-style events
But nothing brought the two worlds together - lived ADHD experience and psychological insight.
So Casey created what she couldn’t find: a workshop that meets people where they are, blending real-life ADHD support strategies with the bones of what we teach in therapy - like attachment theory, personality traits, and self-concept work.
Because you’re not just your ADHD.
You’re a whole person - and that deserves a holistic approach. And so, ADHD & Me was born.
This workshop is the bridge between understanding your brain and truly knowing yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a formal diagnosis to attend?
Nope! This space is open to anyone who resonates with ADHD traits or is curious about how their brain works.
What if I can’t make all three sessions?
The workshop is designed to build on each phase. While we highly recommend attending all three, you’ll still gain insight even if you can’t make one. Unfortunately, no partial refunds can be offered.
Is this group therapy?
No. This is a psychoeducational support workshop - not therapy or treatment - but it may feel therapeutic in the way it helps you understand and connect with yourself (and others like you).
Will there be follow-up support?
Yes! All participants will receive a take-home workbook a resource email after the workshop, and access to our private ADHD + Me Facebook group.
What if I don’t live in WA?
If you are unable to attend in person for whatever reason, the ADHD + Me workshop will be coming online in early 2026. This will offer an online, self-paced workshop available world-wide.

You’re not alone in this.
This workshop was built with you in mind - the person who’s been masking, questioning, and wondering if it’s just them. It’s not.
Come meet other people just like you.
Come as you are.
Let’s unmask, unpack, and rebuild - together.
“ADHD and Me” is a 3-part support workshop created to help you finally understand your unique ADHD experience - and to reconnect with yourself beyond the diagnosis.
This isn’t a lecture or a clinical seminar. It’s a warm, real, safe space led by a trauma-informed Psychologist (who has ADHD herself) - someone who gets what it’s like to feel inconsistent, misunderstood, and exhausted by your own brain.
Whether you’re diagnosed, self-identified, or just wondering… this space is for you.
